Unable to do KYC for Niyo DCB card as app shows blank screen

I’ve been trying to register for the NIyo DCB card through the Niyo Global app. But after giving my aadhar number, the app just went blank. So I closed it and reopened it, and whenever I click on the “Complete KYC to get zero forex card”, the apps goes blank again. I’m unable to do the KYC. Kindly help

Same here. Any help is appreciated.

Same issue with me as well. The screen just goes blank - no movement. Tried clicking on resume onboarding but still no luck.
