I tried to withdraw some cash (~350 Euros) from my Niyo card but the transaction did not go through due to some issue. I then tried withdrawing a lower amount, that went through and went on with my day. I later get a message telling me that the amount was debited and I can confirm the same from my Niyo App.
Do let me know if i have to raise any requests to expedite the refund process.
You can contact me via my regular number via WhatsApp. I am unable to send a screenshot of the transaction as there seems to be some issue with the niyo app. (I am currently unable to log back into it).

I’m currently in the UK and unfortunately I lost my Niyo DCB card here. Before I could block it, someone made a few tap-and-pay transactions, and around £200 has been deducted from my account.
I’ve now blocked the card immediately, but I wanted to check with the community has anyone been in a similar situation?
If I contact Niyo/DCB customer care and raise this as an unauthorised transaction, is the amount usually refunded after investigation?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience or any advice on the best way to proceed. Thanks in advance.
