They also asked me to follow up with DCB bank. I went to local DCB branch in Mohali . They told me that Niyo will sort out this. I again complained/mailed to Niyo and they have give me - ticket number as 2302138. More than 26 days have passed and refund is not granted yet. Please trace it. Thanks
