My international transaction with Apple failed but the money got deducted. I don’t see any indication of refund on the niyo app transactions tab. Its a big amount and I cannot wait for 15 days for it to be refunded.
I am really worried. Can anyone help me with this?
Hi @Jayant_Chidirala, welcome to our community! The refund transactions are usually processed within 5 business days for domestic transactions and 15 business days for international transactions.
