Amount debited but Transaction failed!! WHAT TO DO?!?!

Hi I tried to pay my Hostel rent in UK via Niyo Global Card!. But the transaction got failed for some reason and my money got debited!! Inhave attached the transaction details below!. Please refund the amount as fast as possible since I have to pay my rent by Sept 3rd. I had trusted NiyoGlobal but!!. Please help me here!!!
