Transaction failed but amount debited

I have transferred 20k from my kvb account to Niyo SBM account but received an error showing “unable to add funds” but the amount got debited from my source account
Ticket created: 2091935
Could you please check and process the refund as I have an emergency situation which is why I transferred the money

We regret the inconvenience this has caused you. Upon checking we see that the amount of 20000 has failed due to a bank UPI server issue, please do not worry the amount will get auto-reversed to your account within 48 hours.
