Transaction Declined, Money Got Deducted Twice and Refund Not Received Yet

Hi Manisha, I have received the refund in the account, but its just showing amount credited but unable to use those funds, its on hold as updated by SBM bank. According to SBM bank my balance is only Rs.128.82

May i know why it is so?? Its been almost more than 20 Days now. I am tired to run behind NIYO Team for my problem.

I need to transfer my funds. i am unable to do so.
Please look into it and Resolve at earliest.

Worry not, this might be a temporary issue. Kindly try after 24hrs. We recommend you disengage the channels in your card locks and enable them back again before you initiate a transaction. If your issue persists reach out to us. We’ll take this up for you.

Hi can we raise a complaint to RBI against the fraud happening with Niyo SBM bank ?
There is something wrong now…no response yet means its highly suspicious !!

I need my hard earned money back immediately…please do justice to your customer and do not cheat innocent people like us…
So many days it’s been can’t do any transaction at all neither fund transfer works nor niyo global card…
When i check my balance in UPI app it’s lower than my current balance in Niyo SBM bank…can’t believe the fraud happening !!
Please can someone suggest me how to complaint to RBI ??

Still my Refund has not received! I don’t understand how come your company is such irresponsible in providing solution when someone’s hard earned money is at stake, you’ll are not returning back someone’s money being a banking solution company.
it is really pathetic service! If this is how you’ll want to acquire customer trust in the market, i really doubt your company is a right path!

I will never recommend anyone to use Niyo Global Card ever now!
I have marked in this article all team members but still your team is super inefficient to resolve this issue

As per the latest update we have from the bank, please note that there is a lien marked to your account of Rs. 5,152.05/- and Rs. 5,152.05 /- dated 01-08-2022. Since the merchant did not receive the claim, the Bank had credited the funds to your account. So to avoid the misuse of funds, a lien was marked which will be removed as per TAT of T+20 days i.e. on 21-08-2022. LK

Again your commitment failed. I am really disappointed with this waiting period and now as you told that lien is marked on my account till 21-08-22. Today is 22-08-22, and i am still unable to transfer my funds.
I am terribly frustrated now!!
