Card debited twice for same transaction

My acct has been debited twice when I used my sbm card for same transaction can niyo look into it pls, and pls check your technical team to sort this issue where even if card is declined the amount is debited, it does get reversed later but for a responsive and a new age tech platform like niyo this should not happen
