Hi Manisha, I have received the refund in the account, but its just showing amount credited but unable to use those funds, its on hold as updated by SBM bank. According to SBM bank my balance is only Rs.128.82
May i know why it is so?? Its been almost more than 20 Days now. I am tired to run behind NIYO Team for my problem.
I need to transfer my funds. i am unable to do so.

When i check my balance in UPI app it’s lower than my current balance in Niyo SBM bank…can’t believe the fraud happening !!

Still my Refund has not received! I don’t understand how come your company is such irresponsible in providing solution when someone’s hard earned money is at stake, you’ll are not returning back someone’s money being a banking solution company.
it is really pathetic service! If this is how you’ll want to acquire customer trust in the market, i really doubt your company is a right path!
I will never recommend anyone to use Niyo Global Card ever now!
