Why we will contact the Equitas Bank and also why we have to raise the complainant with delivery partner it’s your duty accountability, responsibility.

Sidhant, please note that the card dispatch and delivery are managed at the Bank’s end. So any issue related to the delivery has to be escalated to the Equitas bank directly. Since the card is showing delivered without the actual delivery, the customer can most certainly raise a complaint against the delivery partner along with placing an order for a new card. LK
