Card delivery issues with tracking ID

I ordered debit card after initial deposit that balance is showing zero balance. Then I checked card tracking through delhivery site. The result is attached below.

Now my question is where is my initial deposit cash and where is debit card?

As we checked, your card request has been placed successfully. The dispatch details will be shared to your registered mobile number, once the card is ready to be dispatched. Also, we see you’ve tried transacting the funds via IMPS which has failed. The funds should reflect back to your account in 24- 48 working hours.

The delivery is pathetic! My friend has been waiting since 12th October… been in transit and in Bangalore for a week now. Delhivery has been sitting on an urgent parcel for a week. We wanted this card for travel, which is happening tomorrow morning!! So thanks for letting us down :pray:t3::pray:t3::pray:t3::pray:t3:
