The app says there’s an issue and isn’t displaying balance or allowing to change card limits/ pay bill

If you’re using an Android device, please clear the app’s cache and storage from your phone settings, then uninstall and reinstall the app. For iOS users, please uninstall and reinstall the app and check if the issue persists.
