Hi Team,

First of all I would like to congratulate you guys for putting up such an amazing product in the market. I used the Niyo SBM card in my recent trip to Dubai and Thailand and it worked like wonder and even the rates were the most competitive in the market.

I see I was announced as one of the winners in the #GoGlobal Contest.

i have provided the required details in your Twitter/Instagram handle, and was told I would be contacted by the concerned team, but haven’t received any calls/emails as of yet.

I have a trip planned soon, and would like to know if it would be possible to ship the prize before month end?

Please let me know if any further details is required from my side for the same.

I just got a ping today asking for my PAN details in Insta. I have provided the details, but no ETA was provided. I was told the below

I still haven’t received any updates. I pinged in Insta and was asked to send my PAN image, which i did. It’s already been a month since the winners were announced. Any ETA on the delivery?
