Issue with Redispatch of Physical card (Waiting for more then six months)

It is very disappointing that your services are not up to standard. Niyo Global card has been requested since last February from my end. Created service tickets/Spoke to the executives/number of conversations with support and yet I am still waiting for the card to be delivered. I have planned my travel to USA next month first week. In that case, I will need the card for my transactions there.

I would appreciate it if you looked into this as a priority and my Niyo Global card dispatch initiated as soon as possible.

These are the same assurances i am getting from last six months but yet i don’t see any progress. I have reached out to SBM bank as well.

@Deepak @Manisha_Radhakrishna here no response to my emails as well how i am supposed to not worry. How do I know the progress on this.
