As I mentioned in the topic, I changed my mobile number for my DCB account it reflects on their end as I get my card payment OTPs on my new number but when I try to login with my new number the niyo app treats it as a new number and asks me to get new card and complete my kyc, I tried my previous number which recognizes as my account as my email works for login but It asks me to reset my passkey which is not possible as I donât have access to my previous mobile number.
Please me get back to the app I wanna change my card limits.

My ticket number is 691410. I tried to change my number with niyo. Got it updated in my local dcb branch. Sent mail requesting sync to niyo. Didnât recieve a mail but checked online to see that the number changed if I refreshed. My number temporarily updated to the new number. After which I tried to login to niyo with my new number. Then the number in my old phone niyo interface changed back to my old number.
