Refund taking too much time on niyo

Hi,
I have to receive close to 300 usd of refund amount but DCB Bank is not crediting refund. I have contacted customer care multiple times. The merchant has already processed the refund on their end. Please help as my money is stuck and there is no way to get it back with their pathetic customer service

I already sent email but got a reply that this issue is on DCB Bank. And DCB customer care is not doing anything. Can you confirm again on the email address ?
