Pathetic Service| Card delivery more than 25 days

I have received the new tracking id. I will let you know once i receive it. @Deepak

I have received my card today.
Hope others to recieve the card soon , who are going through the same problem.

I’ve been facing the same issue. My card order was placed on 31st May and for no reason it was returned back. Ever since then I have been waiting and there’s no update I’ve gotten about my card. Even after following up often. I have 1 week left for my travel and need the card on priority. I live in a tier 1 city so it should not be an issue delivering the card soon.

Hi All - As expected, I still did not receive my card, and it’s more than 2 months now. I am back from my travel and used a backup option of FI & HDFC millennia credit card. I recently again got an email that the card is returned back to the origin with no details of tracking id being shared with me, not sure if it’s a false alarm.
I have sent numerous follow-ups and all I receive from the Niyo team is that they have escalated the case and not to my surprise you will never get any update from them ever.
