Hi, I’m not receiving OTP on registered email? Is there any separate registration for this…?

All the transaction-related OTPs will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. We’d request you to check the spam folder. If you are trying to reset the app pin, then the OTPs will be sent only to the registered mobile number.

I previously had an account with Equitas Small Finance Bank, but that account has since been permanently deleted. Now, when I open Niyo X, the old data is still saved there; when I enter my number and verify it, the app asks for a password reset. However, I no longer have access to the email address I used earlier—it has been permanently deleted. How can I apply for the DCB card through Niyo X?

Thanks for your interest in Niyo Cards. We would like to inform you that Niyo X is no longer available. However, you can apply for the DCB Card via the Niyo Global application. Simply download the Niyo app using the link https://goniyo.onelink.me/zKhp/v8da8dw2 and complete the quick onboarding to get started. Eligible users in selected pincodes can also avail Express Delivery within 24 working hours after completing full KYC, along with RM assistance for a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
