Onboarding problem with Niyo Global Wealth Account due to technical reasons

It has been over 20 day since I have registered for the Niyo Global Wealth Account but after days of waiting and screen stuck on Processing your Wealth Account, I tried to chat on Live chat. They responded with due to some technical reason I cannot create an account and I cannot try again after the technical issue has been resolve.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
