Is this bank a scam that money is suddenly debited and account closed because I saw many reviews like this and many of them lost like 5k pluse money.

Why did my account got closed?

Hi I’m Sahil, and I’m also a customer with your bank and i got the same account closed message and my 16105 rupees got deducted from my account. Please treat this as an urgent matter and resolve as soon as possible as many of us are affected by this mishap

Im facing the same issue, my account had more that 60k and the account is now showing closed. I have my EMIs getting debited in 3 days. I cannot call the helpline as there is a 30+ min wait, and the calls gets hanged up automatically within 10 mins.

Today my account has been debited and afterward my account was closed. I had about 11000 rs in the account. I only received a message of the amount debited but to where ? I don’t know . I am not able to contact the customer care right now.
