Refund My Account Balance & If possible to Reopen or Active Account

I have an account in Equitas Niyo bank my customer ID 10679367 and my account number 100028321344 with registered mobile number +9170018-51194 and email id br.roy199@gmail.com.

Suddenly today 19.07.2024 at 7:56 Pm I receive a mail that my account status is closed. Why it closed I don’t know ? I have around 8,888 money in my account. Please reactivate my account as soon as possible as all my money is in this account. Please do the needful.

Same issue with me.
Without any confirmation the bank account was closed at least the email that was sent from the bank’s end should have been marked as “important”. Pathetic customer service, no proper response or on time response have to wait hours just to connect on the call with customer support.

My funds have been debited automatically and even my communication address is the old one. When i inform the support regarding this they just tell to drop a mail because they cant help on call… i did that too. I have dropped a mail as well its been 3 days no reply. I want my money back thats it. Or im gonna take police to the bank and lodge a complaint.

Either of you guys solve it.

Im not able to get help from your whatsapp number as its saying that it is only for the customers who have an account😒. As if i was the one who closed my bank account. No response on the email also. What is this? Are banks supposed to behave in this particularly way?.. pls try to help me out here sir.
