I want to permanently close my bank account. I was told to login into equitas sfb website > go to menu> assisted services>account closure. But i am not able to see any option in service request. I have mailed both niyox and equitas customer care, but still not received any response

According to the latest update from Equitas Small Finance Bank, you’ll need to visit a physical branch to process your account closure request.
If visiting a branch isn’t feasible right now, you can contact Equitas Bank directly at 1800 103 1222, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The team can check if there are any alternative options for you.

All the members here please help me I have just now recieved a mail from equitas that 320 rs is debited from my account and my account status is closed, but I haven’t not done anything neither any kind of transaction not any kind of false link clicking nothing nothing then how where why my money is debited and how the account status automatically changed to account closed please help
