Niyox Account closed today and funds debit automatically

My niyox Account has been closed automatically. I received a mail stating that my account status has been changed to ACCOUNT CLOSED TODAY. And in the next mail it stated that the remaining funds has been debited to where i don’t know. Any update on this issue? Many of friends are facing the same issue.

My friend also recieved the same msg today and lost access to the account, a prior notice was required why suddenly close without any notice. I tried calling the bank but they did not answer, had mailed both NiyoX and Equitas but no reply, He had about 7.5k in my account, please tell me how to get the access or at least the amount back.

Is there any update ? Same issue has happened with me. @Hritik_Dutta - were they able to help you out?
