I asked to your costumer care support that how can i close this account if niox equitas account starts charging for minimum maintenance balance
And while in call a lady (customer care) said that you visit branch of you can also close your account online
Then can anyone give me steps that how can i close this account

Hey @Invincible, there is no charge for non-maintanence of minimum account balance currently. However, in case of any change in schedule of charges, you will be notified well in advance by us.
For closing the account online, you can first log into the Equitas net banking portal. Click on Service Request> Assisted Services> Account Closure request. SR

Want to permanently close my equitas bank saving account linked to niyo x! Is there any email/ customer care no. To put in the request without the hassle of going to the bank branch physically?
