Niyo Global APP login suddently stopped working, says Application locked

We tried calling you at 73xxxx726, but couldn’t connect.

If you’re abroad and unable to access your registered phone number, please try the following steps:

:one: Uninstall and reinstall the Niyo app from the App Store/Play store.
:two: Enter your mobile number and tap on More ways to login on the OTP screen.
:three: Verify using your email and PAN.
:four: Tap on Forgot Passcode and verify using your passport details.
:five: Set a new passcode and log in successfully.

This should help you regain access. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for further assistance.

I am experiencing the same problem since last 4 days . And I have raised 2 complains but i havent received any email back from Niyo. Please kindly sort this problem.

Niyo Global app suddenly stopped working, when trying to login it asks for the PIN, after entering the PIN it says Application locked because of exceeded maximum number of allowed Passcode entry attempts, locked access to the account.
The Rest Passcode option sents OTP to my mobile number and to my registered email but I recieve the OTP on the mobil


e number but no OTP received on my email so unable to reset password as well.

I.think. niyo put my email in spam

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.

We request you to please check your email’s Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders, as the OTP might have landed there. Also, ensure your mailbox has enough storage to receive new emails.

If you’re still unable to locate the OTP, we request you to send a screen recording (from the initial stage of the password reset process) to global.escalation@goniyo.com from your registered email ID. We’ll have our team look into it and assist you at the earliest.
