Niyo dcb account issue niyo app

I have opened the account offline through branch 2 weeks back and they opened the account within hours but unfortunately the niyo team as usual gave a false info that within 2-3 days the new account would be reflecting in the niyo global app

But two weeks have crossed despite daily chats with the custumor support amd mails they are not resolving the same .

They say next 2 days …next 2 days but no account details showing in the app .

Kindly someone has vinay bagri email id dp share ?

So kindly anyone urgently going abroad have a second thought regarding the same/ go for any other forex card

Mr qureshi,there us a timebound for any complaint resolution but your team is taking it for granted.

Every time they say by EOD abd by saying this many days have been crossed.
