I am suffering from my problem since 1 month, now I am tired of requesting Neo and DCB to solve my problem and that is also my subject and removed the complaint from the community I know you will give me reason because of this community update It has happened but it deserves this condemnation, now if the team of Niyo Global has any shame and what is still left then resolve it now in the name of humanity.
On 5th June I did my VKYC to open an account in DCB bank then they informed me that your account will be activated in 24-48 hours but it didn’t happen and they didn’t send me any information about my vkyc. After that I informed them in this regard and made several phone calls in which no satisfactory response was received, they kept telling me that our team is working on it and will contact you soon within 24 hours but no one contacted me. It has been more than 18 days of my complaint but no solution or similar answer has been received.

Unfortunately their service has gone down the lane bro.
The customer support is bad to worst.App is full of bugs.They repeat same answers.
Similar kind of issue.I had opened Dcb nuyo through branch after getting tired of waiting for a response from niyo team. Was unable to open the account.
But now despite opening account their app doesnt show account details where they mentioned that within 3 days account will automatically show in the app
Morover their app is showing my niyo sbm global account which was closed 3 yrs ago
