Niyo credit card not yet dispatched

I had applied for niyo dcb credit card on 28th march and it was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days

It been 8 days but my card isn’t dispatched yet and also AWB no. isnt generated because of the delay in dispatch of my card

Please help me to get my card as in case of more delay it will be of no use for me
