Not dispatch still

Hello,
Can you please tell me why my debit card not dispatch still,
Even i booked debit card on 8th October. But i am trying to fetch out details on niyo global app it shows card was ordered in 8th October that’s all.

So please tell me when my card will be delivered because I don’t have enough time because I have a flight to uk on 15 th October.
