We tried reaching you over the call, but couldn’t get through.
We understand how important it is to have uninterrupted access to your account. If you’re currently outside India and don’t have access to your registered mobile number, you can try the following steps to reset your app password:
- Uninstall the existing Niyo app.
- Reinstall it from the Play Store or App Store.
- On the login screen, after entering your mobile number, tap on ‘More ways to login’.
- Choose to verify using your Email ID and PAN.
- Tap on ‘Forgot Passcode’ and verify using your passport details.
- Once verified, you’ll be able to set a new passcode and access your account.
