Money Transfer under "Processing" - for more than 10 days now


It’s been more than 10 days since I initiated a money transfer from my Niyo account to my personal bank account and it is still shows as “Processing”. I tried contacting customer service via e-mail and they don’t respond. Can you please help me with this money transfer, I am seriously worried.
