It has been 5 days since I booked my remittance. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response. On Sunday, I received a call from a Niyo agent asking how satisfied I was with the international transfer service. I provided positive feedback at the time, but I realize now that I was mistaken. It is truly disappointing that I am unable to track the transaction status and have not been informed about the resolution.
