Money blocked on petrol pump in Iceland not refunded yet

Hi team, I recently travelled to Iceland and used Niyo Global card at petrol pump. The card blocked approx INR 10000 four times (total 40000)

and the same is not refunded yet. The card is in the name of Arjun Dubey, when will the refund come?
