I live outside India and have been using Niyo Global Forex card for my daily transactions. My Card was blocked by Niyo due to a failed online transaction. Also, I am not able to login to the mobile app as well, whenever I try to enter my registered mobile number to login to the app, it redirects me https://campaigns.goniyo.com/ page. I have tried calling them, also emailed them plenty of times but there is no response. This is really tough situation for me as I was relying on this card only for my expenses outside India.
I would really appreciate if anybody can help me resolve this ASAP.
