Hello, I’ve updated my mobile number with SBM internet banking. And my new number is receiving all the messages regarding my transactions and OTP’s. How can I change my mobile number in niyo SBM app?
Hey @mohith_boppana1! Currently, we do not have the facility to update the mobile number for the Niyo SBM app. It may take some more time for us to bring this option. To access the Niyo SBM app or to reset the App Passcode, the OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number (which you have used during the onboarding). We’d request you to keep the number active.
