hi my account was freeze 3 months back. my account number is 100044075550 and ifsc code is ESFB0015006. I have submitted th declaration form and fees recipt and marksheet of my college to show myself as student. i dont have id card bcz. it is misplaced. there is college fees deposited in it with which i have to pay my fees but i am unable to debit amount. I am constantly sending documents but no reply. Very bad service. I want my account to be unfreeze immediately.

I lost my Equitas bank debit card, but there’s no way on the app to mark it as lost and order a new one. Please help.

No worries, you can easily order a new card by blocking your previous one through the Niyo Global App:
Open Niyo Global App
Go to the Debit Card section
Select Equitas Savings Account
Click the gear icon
next to the card symbol
On the top-right, select the option to Block the card.
Once the card is blocked, you can place a new order with a fee of ₹234.82 (₹199 + GST).

Niyo SBM debit card is not working for international and domestic transaction even after completing the video KYC, getting the mail confirmation for successful completion. I have to travel abroad tomorrow, please help as I don’t have any other alternative. Have tried to reach the customer care toll free number atleast 4 times, all they tell is to wait.
