Hello @Deepak @Wasim_Al_Basha I have ordered neyo global card on 21st July . Recently I got a mail it was dispatched through blue dart with way bill number 30743587346.But while tracking this it’s shown that it was delivered at Mumbai in 28 july where as my address is in Kerala .I raised a ticket with number 1371963.Please help me to get my card faster
Hi Teenu, regret the delay in response. As we checked your card is been returned to the bank. Not to worry we have escalated the issue to the bank to re-dispatch it. Appreciate your patience in this matter.
