Niyo Global debit card - delay in delivering

Hello,
I’d opened an account and requested global card on 21st Oct. The ETA given was 27th Oct. But the status is still in ordered state.
I’m due for travel on 28th evening and will require the card for my travel
Can you please confirm if it will be delivered on time and can you pls escalate the same.
Card - 7524 (last 4 digits)
