How to change/update registered mobile number with Niyo accounts?

We tried reaching you over a call but couldn’t connect. :telephone_receiver: If you’ve lost access to your currently registered mobile number, please follow the steps below to update it:

:small_blue_diamond: Step 1: Ensure your mobile number/email is updated with your linked bank account (SBM/DCB).

:small_blue_diamond: Step 2: Once updated at the bank level, share the confirmation email you receive from the bank with us. We’ll then update your details in the Niyo app. :white_check_mark:

Here’s how to update your details with the bank:

Thank you for your time over the call. As discussed, you can download your Airtel invoice copy by following these steps:

  1. Open the Airtel Thanks app (ensure it’s updated).
  2. Log in with your registered mobile number.
  3. Tap on Pay → Transactions / Bills.
  4. Select the bill payment you need the invoice for.
  5. Tap on Download Invoice / Receipt to save it as a PDF.

Once downloaded, kindly share the invoice copy with us over the ticket ID 233946 for further assistance.
