Is there any option to change the registered mobile number when I have lost access to it

We tried calling you but unfortunately couldnāt connect. You can now easily update your registered mobile number with Niyo! 
Follow these simple steps:
Update your mobile number/email with the bank linked to your Niyo account (SBM/DCB/Equitas).
Once updated, share the confirmation email you receive from the bank with us, and weāll take care of updating your details in the Niyo app!
Hereās how to update at the bank level:
For SBM:
- Submit the CKYC certificate (updated with your new details), digitally verified masked Aadhaar, email ID form, and consent.
- You can get the CKYC certificate from your primary bank (like Axis, ICICI, etc.) where your number is already registered.
For DCB:
- Call their IVR at
040 68157777 / 022 68997777 or visit the branch for an email ID change. - To update your mobile number, use any DCB ATM or visit the branch.
For Equitas:
- Log in to net banking and update your mobile number/email ID.
Once youāve completed the updates, donāt forget to send us the confirmation email at global@goniyo.com! Weāre here to help every step of the way.
