Hi All… I have a niyo card from DCB Bank. Till yesterday I was able to make payments through Niyo Global App on Android phone. Since today morning, I’m unable to log in and getting message that ‘Customer not present for given mobile/ email/ crn.’ Please advice me on what steps to take. Niyo customer service is unreachable… Regards.
