Customer not present for the give mobile/email/crn

I am not able to log in to my Niyo dcb app. I am continuously getting the error “Customer not present for the given mobile/email/crn”

Can this please be looked into urgently.

I am also getting the same error. I have transferred money to my Niyo DCB account and not able to check the balance on the app. I am travelling on 5th Oct. Will this card work abroad as usual? There are many medssages on the internet that Niyo is banned and international transactions are not allowed. Please let me know what is your customer call number. I need a resolution on this immediately.

Could you confirm is NIYO GLOBAL still valid for international Payments
