We completely understand how crucial it is for you to access your account while abroad. Let’s get your login issues sorted out with these simple steps:

Uninstall the existing Niyo app.

Reinstall it from the Play Store or App Store.

On the login screen, after entering your mobile number, tap on ‘More ways to login’.

Choose to verify using your Email ID and PAN.

Tap on ‘Forgot Passcode’ and verify using your passport details.

Once verified, you’ll be able to set a new passcode and access your account.
This should help you regain access to your Niyo Global account!
