We completely understand how crucial it is for you to access your account while abroad. Let’s get your login issues sorted out with these simple steps:

  • Uninstall the existing Niyo app.

  • Reinstall it from the Play Store or App Store.

  • On the login screen, after entering your mobile number, tap on ‘More ways to login’.

  • Choose to verify using your Email ID and PAN.

  • Tap on ‘Forgot Passcode’ and verify using your passport details.

  • Once verified, you’ll be able to set a new passcode and access your account.

This should help you regain access to your Niyo Global account!

Hello! My Niyo Global SBM CREDIT Card has suddenly disappeared from the app and Order Now option has appeared in place of that! I do not understand what to do! My card is still within the valid expiry. Please help me. I need to pay off my outstanding amount and since the credit card itself is not visible, Balance, payment, View details, card controls everything has vanished as well.

Today I am unable to log in to my Niyo account. I have tried clearing the cache and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I am still unable to log in. Could you please help me understand why?
