E-visa cancellation refund not initiated

I had applied for an e-visa through the Niyo app but was unable to upload documents, so I had to cancel the process. The cancellation has been confirmed, but I haven’t received any notification regarding a refund. Could you please initiate the refund process and update the status on the app?
