Clarification on Niyo Lounge access

Then my spend of additional Rs 50,000 during the current quarter, for lonnge pass , goes as a waste or new pass will automatically get generated for the second quarter commencing from 1st July, 2025.?

Please note that one lounge pass can be generated per quarter upon meeting the spend criteria. As we’ve reviewed, your lounge pass for this quarter has already been utilized. Any additional spends this quarter won’t contribute towards another pass.

However, starting 1st July 2025, you can meet the spend criteria again, and a new lounge pass will be available for that quarter. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here if you need any further clarity!

Still my ticket no 194778 is pending and I’ve not yet received a lounge pass for apr-jun quarter.. sent a video regd this too. And pls call as per my mobile no, don’t call my Indian mobile no directly as I’m travelling I can’t attend any calls, call in my Indian no in WhatsApp or my other Singapore number directly to contact me.

We were able to locate the details of your ticket: 194778. Upon reviewing the screenshot you shared, we found that a lounge pass was generated and used by you in May for the current quarter. As only one lounge pass can be used per quarter, you’ll be eligible to generate a new pass in the next quarter.
