urgent please. my flight to Jeddah has departed from Milan now and reaching there by next four hrs. lounge pass is still not generated as per your confirmation above.

I am extremely sorry to state that this time I was deprived of my benefit of utilising lounge pass at Jeddah airport as the pass was not generated and still pending at your end for generation as my app is not showing the generated pass which I can download.
please note that I am the legally entitled for a lounge pass for the quarter April to June this year as I have already made a international spend of more than rs 50000/- .
please don’t confuse with the earlier generated and used pass which was meant for the quarter Jan to March this year.

As per the confirmation from our team, we noticed that a lounge pass for the current quarter was generated on 5th April 2025 and redeemed on 22nd April 2025.
Since a lounge pass can be used only once per quarter, we won’t be able to issue another at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding on this!
