Clarification on Niyo Lounge access

I have checked my app and find there is no pass appearing.

please generate it immediately and put into my app.

today I will be arriving at Jeddah airport from Milan

urgent please. my flight to Jeddah has departed from Milan now and reaching there by next four hrs. lounge pass is still not generated as per your confirmation above.

please help

If you’re still experiencing issues, to help us investigate further, please share a screenshot of the lounge page from the app where you’re experiencing the issue, as previously requested.

I am extremely sorry to state that this time I was deprived of my benefit of utilising lounge pass at Jeddah airport as the pass was not generated and still pending at your end for generation as my app is not showing the generated pass which I can download.

please note that I am the legally entitled for a lounge pass for the quarter April to June this year as I have already made a international spend of more than rs 50000/- .

please don’t confuse with the earlier generated and used pass which was meant for the quarter Jan to March this year.

Hope the issue will be resolved now once for all.

Earlier, we offered complimentary lounge visits at 14 select airports within India. But starting April 1st, 2024, we’ve taken a big step forward — you now get access to 1300+ lounges worldwide, including major international airports. :globe_showing_asia_australia::seat:

While the domestic lounge access is no longer available, this new global network gives you far more flexibility and comfort, especially when travelling abroad. We hope this enhanced benefit adds more ease and enjoyment to your journeys.

As per the confirmation from our team, we noticed that a lounge pass for the current quarter was generated on 5th April 2025 and redeemed on 22nd April 2025.

Since a lounge pass can be used only once per quarter, we won’t be able to issue another at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding on this! :folded_hands:

While surfing through app , i accidentally claimed the lounge access i received after 50k worth of transaction in germany. But i will be flying back to india in september, hence the lounge pass will not be in use for me. Please help to cancel my claim of lounge , so i can use it in future

We understand your concern regarding the lounge pass and are happy to clarify this for you :blush: Each user is eligible for 1 lounge pass per quarter, once the required transaction criteria are met. Since your eligible transactions were made in Q2 (Apr-Jun), the pass generated must be used within the same quarter.

As you’ve claimed the pass, it remains valid for 30 days. Please note, September falls in Q3 (Jul-Sep), so to avail a lounge pass in this period, you’ll need to complete the transaction criteria again in Q3.

I have done the spending for my second quarter already, but i haven’t received my lounge pass yet.

This will help us generate your lounge pass on priority. Once you’ve raised the request, do share the ticket ID here so we can take it forward promptly. However, Please note that the lounge pass is generated within 5–7 working days once the eligibility criteria are met.
