To claim it, just tap on “Lounge Pass” via the “Quick Links” on the home screen, or head to “Travel Mode” or the “Hub” in the bottom menu . Then, click on “Claim Pass” and your Lounge Pass will be generated!

Preeti, it is urgent as I will be in Jeddah on 22.04.2025. if the pass is not generated, then I will not be in a position to use international lounge facility there.

i have still not received my lounge pass for this quarter even though I have spent Rs 50000/- internationally in April month.

I used my Niyo card in MYR currency on 31st March, 2025 to spend about 3L+ INR and the meet eligibility criteria (50k INR spend) for the lounge pass access for the Jan-march 25 quarter.
According to Niyo website the lounge pass will be activated after 5-7 days from the amount spent in my app.
But my lounge pass was not generated on that particular day (31 march) nor in next 5-7 days nor till now in my app.
Kindly guide me as to how to get the lounge pass for Jan-mar 25 quarter.

Thanks for the reply.
To further add on this issue, my customer ID is 106991124.
And I’ve already raised a ticket for this issue, but niyo team closed without a proper solution. (Ticket ID - 151801).
And when I contacted niyo via whatsapp, I got the following reply
"Users can enjoy one complimentary Lounge Pass outside India per quarter when they spend ₹50,000 in international transactions in a calendar quarter (applicable only on Ecom (Online) / POS (Card Swipe) transactions).
Please Note:
1. You must spend Rs. 50,000 (in a calendar quarter) in international currency through ECOM (Online) or POS (Card swipe) transactions using any one of the Niyo cards.
2. Total spending needs to be done using a single card . Also, only one pass will be issued per quarter with the account holder’s name only.
3 Lounge pass is valid for the next 30 days from the generation date. Any unused pass will expire 30 days after being generated (irrespective of quarter). Lounge pass once generated cannot be reversed.
4. The Lounge Pass is applicable only outside India (abroad). There is no lounge access available in India.
5. It will take 5-7 days to generate a pass after meeting eligibility of abroad spends worth Rs. 50,000 in international currency.
6. Make sure to generate a Lounge pass from the Niyo app in the same eligibility quarter only (if the pass is not generated in the same quarter then the pass will auto-expire).
7. The change if effective from 25th November 2024.
Important Update:
Effective 1st December 2024, the complimentary lounge access at international airports outside India will no longer be available on Niyo Equitas Debit Card.

In the above If u see point 5 it states that it will take 5-7days for the lounge pass generation. But in point 6 it states we must redeem the pass by same quarter only.
Now I made the spend on march 31 which is last day of the quarter, if i got to wait for 5-7 days then it will be next quarter. so it is not possible to claim it in the same quarter without the generation of the pass…
Is there a solution to it?
FYI I’m still waiting for my lounge pass to be generated for march 31 spends.

it should be understood that i need to utilize this lounge pass Tommorow itself as i will be reaching Jeddah from Milan, Italy.
