I have received the cardon 28 jan 2025, will I be eligible to use lounge access at Delhi airport on 18th Feb 2025 ?

Welcome to the Niyo Community! 
We’ve made an exciting update to our lounge access program effective April 1st, 2024. Previously, our lounge pass granted access to only 14 lounges within India which is now discontinued.
However, we have launched an enhanced lounge pass which allows entry to a vast network of lounges spanning over 1300 locations worldwide outside India. You can now travel in comfort with global lounge access be it Pearl Lounge in Abu Dhabi or Soul & Grain Lounge in London.
All you have to do is spend an amount of Rs. 50,000 (in a calendar quarter) internationally through ECOM or POS transactions using any one of the Niyo Global cards. Please note that spending across multiple cards won’t count towards this threshold.
The Lounge Pass remains valid for a period of 30 days from the date it is issued.

As per our previous communication, I understand that my international lounge access pass has been approved for issuance for this quarter. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
I have an upcoming journey on 13th February 2024, and I kindly request you to issue the pass specifically for Hong Kong International Airport. Also do let me know if I have to select specific lounge. Please confirm once the pass has been processed or let me know if any further steps are required from my end.

I spent 50k outside india at the end of last quarter (26th March), then I didn’t receive free lounge access yet now. I have a flight on 9th April.
I am afraid that I spent 50k in wrong time and I would not receive free lounge.

Thank you for your time on the call. As discussed, please refresh the Niyo Global app and check the Lounge tab—you should be able to view your lounge access there. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below:
- Tap on “Lounge Pass” under “Quick Links” on the home screen, or navigate via “Travel Mode” or the “Hub” at the bottom of the app.
- Tap on “Claim Pass.”
Note:
- The lounge pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
- Make sure to generate the pass accordingly, and please note that it must be claimed within the same calendar quarter.
If you’re still unable to generate the pass, try closing the app completely and repeating the above steps.

Nitin, regarding lounge pass, my query is that why it is not given to lounge access at domestic airport - national/ international?. Please consider this issue and update.
Second, for international airport lounge pass, as per current rules, one pass per user per quarter on spend of Rs 50000/- outside India. In case, the user spends another Rs 50000/-, why the pass facility is being denied to him . Please amend the current rules.

My three queries still remain unanswered. I need a positive response from your side.
Query 1: Forex cash delivery on 21 st April at new Delhi railway station as we will reach there from Kolkata to catch our international flight from T3.
Query2: whether DCB Niyo will help out to tide over the problem of long layover hrs at the international airport apart from the 2 to 3 lounge facility. Can you talk to the third party lounge facility provider to take care of layover of more than 3 hrs.

Forex Cash Delivery – At the moment, Forex cash delivery isn’t available at New Delhi. We understand how helpful this would be and have shared your feedback with the concerned team for future consideration.
Lounge Access During Long Layovers – Lounge access is currently limited to what’s offered by our third-party partner and is subject to eligibility. Your suggestion for extended support during longer layovers is well noted, and we’ll keep you posted on any updates.
ATM Locator – You can use the ATM Locator feature within the Niyo app to easily find nearby international ATMs that don’t charge additional provider fees.
