Card Delivery Issue

I am unable to order my card due to “pin code not serviceable”, but for my friend who has ordered his card and put my address got delivered. I have been raising tickets and asking for a resolution from the day I created my account. The customer care people asked for 2 days every time I talked to them on chat and I have seen no resolution from the past 25 days. I have to keep on following up from my side every 2 to 3 days asking what is the progress they say that my issue has been escalated and it taking them longer than expected. This is too frustrating
